The fully automatic AJ-64 conveyor dishmachine is available in your choice of electric or steam tank heat. Its 25” standard height clearance accommodates larger wares, such as sheet pans and large mixing bowls. Clean 287 racks per hour with the AJ-64, using only 0.77 gallons of water per rack. The AJ-64 can handle any soil level thanks to the Adjust-A-Peak™ adjustable conveyor speed.
