The energy efficient DishStar LT undercounter is a perfect choice for small restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and more. It cleans 30 racks per hour, using just 1.16 gallons of water per rack. Features include a self-draining stainless steel pump that eliminates food soil and detergent carryover between wash and rinse cycles, built-in chemical pumps and priming switches, low-chemical indicator lights, and above-water scrap basket.
