The standard slicing thickness for this KWS JQ-58 fresh meat cutter is 3mm. This machine also equipped with emergency stop push button and safety protection device for maximizing safety and accident prevention. It can be stopped immediately if urgent situation arises, and will automatically shut down when stainless steel meat tray is removed.
