It is equipped with a 17.75" deep polyethylene cutting board that provides a convenient work surface for preparing and assembling pizzas. Below the work surface is a refrigerated storage space with three adjustable heavy-duty wire shelves for storing and organizing ingredients, dough and other supplies. This three-door pizza prep station measures 92 inches wide, has 30.8 cubic feet of storage and accommodates 12 pans. The unit includes four 3-inch swivel casters (two with brakes) for easy mobility in your commercial kitchen. This pizza prep fridge has a solid state digital control system, LED temperature display and urethane foam insulated walls and doors. It maintains a temperature of 33°F to 40°F (1°C to 4°C) to keep your ingredients at safe and optimal temperatures. The condensate evaporator is integrated to the unit, meaning no drain line connection is needed.
