This unit operates within the range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and the cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to prevent unwanted temperature fluctuations. Safe for the environment, it cools using natural R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.

The interior floor is made of stainless steel—a metal that won't rust or corrode when exposed to water and cleaning chemicals.
