For convenient access and fast service with an attractive display, the True GDM-07-S-HC~TSL01 glass door merchandiser uses a self-contained refrigeration system to help maintain even temperatures. A temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit is used to preserve deli meats and other packaged products, while the system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is more environmentally friendly than traditional options.
Removing dust and debris from the condensing coil, the condensing fan motor reverses for 20 seconds upon start up. Keeping the coil clean ensures a lengthened unit life, reduced energy consumption, and better maintained product temperatures. Although this feature is self-cleaning, users should still perform preventative maintenance routinely.
The entire cabinet is insulated with high-density polyurethane that is foamed in place, keeping cold air inside the cabinet and increasing structural strength. With a glass window, the door shows off stored items, and it is thermally insulated to retain cold air. LED cabinet lighting shines on displayed items to improve visibility and product presentation.
