To hold a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant moves through a capillary tube system. Fan motors are electronically commutated, so they move a consistent amount of air throughout the True TDD-2-S-HC draft beer system. The compressor's fan motor reverses for 20 seconds upon start up to blow dust and other debris off the condensing coil, promoting efficient system operation that reduces energy use.
